The situation

HERE's Open Location Platform powered an expanding world of connected services, but much of that intelligence remained invisible to the people using it. At IAA, the challenge was to make the technology tangible inside a busy international mobility event and show how it could live at the heart of the Audi MMI experience.

Creative insight

A visual language for invisible intelligence.

HERE's Open Location Platform lives beneath the experience as maps, sensor data, cloud services and predictive systems. My role was to create a three-dimensional, AR-informed world and a distinct Clip Square device that could make those relationships visible across features, screens and physical venues.

01 / IAA cockpit

Technology at your fingertips.

A transparent interface gave visitors the feeling of sitting inside a connected cockpit, with HERE capabilities organized as an immediate, touchable experience for the Audi MMI system.

02 / Mobile feature

One capability, one motion story.

Each feature received its own animation sequence. The mobile expression demonstrated cloud-enabled syncing while carrying the same interface framing and visual logic beyond the installation.

A three-dimensional visual world translated Open Location Platform data into spatial cues, AR-like overlays and recognizable assets, helping audiences understand the technology across venues and congresses.

The move

A transparent cockpit brought nine capabilities into one tactile interface. Each feature received its own motion sequence, while a three-dimensional visual world, AR-informed overlays and the Clip Square system gave the wider platform a consistent language across installation, mobile and congress experiences.
